Our materiality assessment serves as a powerful tool, providing us with purposeful insights into the impact and significance of risks, opportunities, and stakeholder concerns, ultimately driving our responsible growth strategies.
In early 2023, Crew conducted an internal ESG materiality assessment in partnership with independent consultants to review our existing material topics and identify new emerging trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact our operations, stakeholders, and ESG disclosure.
As part of our 2023 materiality assessment, we developed a list of ESG topics for rating, drawing from our 2021 materiality assessment results and external stakeholder feedback, ESG reporting frameworks and standards, regulatory requirements, and peer disclosures. All Crew employees were invited to rate each topic based on their perceived impact on the business and importance to stakeholders. By aggregating the results, we identified eight topics of the highest significance to our stakeholders and posed the greatest risks or opportunities to our business.

To empower Crew to meet stakeholder expectations, address their concerns, and proactively manage issues that could significantly impact our operations, we’ve aligned our sustainability goals, targets, and initiatives with our eight topics.
Our Alignment with the UN SDGs
In 2015, the United Nations (“UN”) General Assembly adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which outlines 17 Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”).
As part of our commitment to addressing Crew’s role in the broader context of sustainability, we have identified the SDGs that directly align with our material issues and that we have the ability to influence.
