Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) is cultivated from Crew’s commitment to a culture of accountability and honesty. Policies and principles within the Code provide a clear direction of the expectations required, condemn any form of corruption and bribery, and emphasize each employee’s commitment to act with integrity.
As our business environment evolves, we provide ongoing updates to our policies and the Code to reflect our position on progressing topics.
The Board monitors compliance with the Code, requiring all employees and management team members to read, acknowledge, and sign off on the Code annually.
Our Whistle Blower Hotline provides employees and stakeholders with a tool to anonymously raise concerns about violations of Crew’s operations, processes, or practices. Complaints are screened and analyzed by the Chair of the Audit Committee and directed to the appropriate department.
Crew adheres to the Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act by publicly disclosing all payments to foreign and domestic governments at all levels. Past annual reports can be found on our corporate website.
